The dialer moves down your list on its own, by what actually happened on the call. No answer or busy moves on; a live answer pauses so the rep can talk, then it keeps going. A "pause after connect" switch gives a rep a breath between conversations.

Every call goes out from a number that matches the lead's area, picked automatically from the numbers you own. Each number carries its own daily dial cap, and a number nearing it is flagged before the next dial rather than pulled mid-shift.

After each connected call a small card asks for the disposition and stays until it's picked, so no call is left unlabelled. A lead dialed on three different days with no pickup is tagged "Likely dead" and the dialer skips it.

Every number you buy is registered with the carriers as a verified business caller, automatically, and rechecked every day. Your calls carry the carriers' top trust rating instead of arriving as an unknown caller.

Calls go out from a local number in the lead's area, rotated across the numbers you own, and each number has its own daily dial cap. An inbound call matches on the caller's number and rings the lead's owner first. Their screen has the record open before they say hello.

If they're away or on break, the call moves to whoever owns the number, then to voicemail. A missed call lands in the Missed Calls list and on the lead, so nobody has to go looking for it.

Everything inbound is written to the same call history as everything outbound: one timeline per lead, not two systems to reconcile.

Every conversation is threaded by lead, so a rep picking up a callback sees the last text and the last call side by side. Email goes out from the same record, sent from the rep's own email address.

Dispositions are yours to define, in the order you want them. Each one can fire automated actions and workflows, and they're what makes reporting reflect how your agency actually sells.

Do-not-call and text opt-outs are enforced on every dial and every send. There is no path through the product that skips the check.

Set a callback or an appointment from the call itself. After a call with an open callback, a prompt offers Complete, +15 minutes, +1 hour, +1 day or a custom time, so rescheduling is one click.

Overdue items turn red everywhere they appear: on the lead list, on the lead, on the dashboard. A missed callback is obvious, not buried in a calendar nobody opens.
