Everything a phone-based agency runs on, in one system
Elevate was built for floors where the day is dials. Every screen below exists because a producer or a manager was losing time to a tool that did not know what the other tools were doing.
Outbound
A power dialer that keeps producers talking
Multi-line dialing with caller-ID rotation and per-number daily caps, so your numbers stay answered instead of burning out one at a time.
Single-line and multi-line modes share one dial path, so a rep switching between them keeps the same disposition flow, the same notes panel and the same keyboard shortcuts.
Caller ID rotates across your owned numbers automatically. Each number carries its own daily dial count, and a number approaching its cap is flagged in the numbers list rather than being silently pulled out of rotation mid-shift.
Every number is verified against the carrier before it can be dialed on — ownership, voice connection and messaging profile all checked live, not read from a stale database column.

Inbound
Inbound routing that gets the call to the right rep
Calls land on the agent who owns the lead, with the record already open. Missed calls fall through to a queue instead of a voicemail nobody checks.
An inbound call matches on the caller's number and routes to the lead's owner first. Their screen has the record open before they say hello.
If the owner is on another call the queue takes over, so the lead reaches a licensed producer rather than a mailbox.
Everything inbound is written to the same call history as everything outbound — one timeline per lead, not two systems to reconcile.

Coaching
Recording and live coaching on the same call
Listen in, whisper to the rep, or take the call over — without the lead ever knowing a third person joined.
Two-party calls run as a direct bridge. A supervisor joining escalates that same call rather than restarting it, so nothing drops and nobody has to call back.
Monitor silently, coach the rep only, or barge in and take the line. All three are one click from the same panel.
Recordings and transcripts attach to the lead automatically, so a call worth reviewing is findable weeks later without anyone having saved it deliberately.

Pipeline
A lead vault with dispositions that mean something
Every lead, every source, every touch — with a disposition set your agency defines, not a fixed list you have to work around.
Leads arrive from your vendors, your Meta lead forms, or a webhook, and land in the same vault with their source intact.
Dispositions are yours to define. They drive follow-up automations, they drive the scorecards, and they are what makes reporting reflect how your agency actually sells.
Do-not-call and SMS opt-out are enforced on every dial and every send, unconditionally — there is no path through the product that skips the check.

Management
Agent scorecards you can run a floor from
Dials, talk time, contact rate, sets and closes — per agent, per day, without anyone building a spreadsheet on Friday afternoon.
The leaderboard reads the same call and disposition data the dialer writes, so the numbers on it are the numbers, not a separate report that drifts.
Commissions and book of business live in the same system, so a producer's activity and their production sit side by side instead of in two tools.
Everything is per-agency. One login, one set of numbers, one place a manager has to look.
