Terms of service

Agreement

These terms govern use of the Elevate platform provided by Cosmic Capital Strategies LLC. An agency using Elevate agrees to them on behalf of every user it invites. Where a signed order form exists, that document controls anything these terms contradict.

Accounts

Accounts are issued per agency and per user. Credentials are not to be shared between people — activity is attributed to the account that performed it, and shared logins make the audit trail meaningless. An agency is responsible for what its users do in the platform.

Acceptable use of telephony

Elevate places real calls and sends real messages over a licensed carrier, and using it brings obligations that are not ours to waive:

• Only licensed producers may solicit insurance business through the platform.
• Do-not-call and message opt-out requests must be honoured. The platform enforces both on every dial and every send, and that enforcement is not configurable.
• Messaging campaigns require current carrier registration. Sending without it is a carrier violation, not just a platform one.
• Recording is subject to the consent law of the jurisdictions involved, and obtaining that consent is the agency's responsibility.

Fees

Subscription fees are billed per agent. Telephony usage, phone numbers and AI features are billed as metered usage at the rates in your order form. Carrier costs are passed through.

Your data

An agency owns the records it puts into Elevate. We process them to run the service and to meet legal obligations, and we do not sell them. Export is available on request while an account is active.

Availability

We work to keep the platform available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can, but the service is provided without a warranty of uninterrupted operation. Carrier networks are outside our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate on notice. We may suspend an account immediately for conduct that puts our carrier registration or another customer at risk. Data is available for export for a reasonable period after termination.
