What this covers

This policy describes how Cosmic Capital Strategies LLC ("we," "us") handles information collected through myelevate.tech and through the Elevate application. Agency data held inside Elevate on behalf of a customer is governed by that customer's order form or agreement with us, not by this page. If your information is in Elevate because an agency you deal with put it there, that agency controls the record and we act on their instructions.

What this site collects

This marketing site has no forms and collects nothing you type. Signing up happens in the Elevate application itself, with an invitation code.

• No advertising or cross-site tracking pixels are loaded on this site.
• No analytics cookies are set, so there is no consent banner to dismiss.

What the application collects

Elevate stores the records an agency puts into it: leads, call history, recordings, messages, policies and user accounts, plus the usual account and device information needed to operate a web application (login timestamps, IP address, browser type). Calls and messages are carried by our telephony provider, which retains its own carrier-level records of them as it is required to.

Call recording

Recording is controlled by each agency and is subject to the recording-consent law of the jurisdictions the parties are in. Agencies are responsible for obtaining consent where it is required. Do-not-call and message opt-out states are enforced by the platform on every dial and every send, unconditionally.

Subprocessors

We do not sell personal information, and we share it only with the vendors needed to run the service, each limited to what it needs to perform its role:

• Our hosting provider, which serves this marketing site and the Elevate application.
• Our database provider, which stores the records held in the Elevate application.
• Our telephony carrier, which places calls and sends messages on the platform's behalf.
• Our email delivery provider, for transactional email such as sign-up confirmations and account notifications.
• A payment processor, for agencies on a paid plan.

We don't publish the names of these providers. A current list is available on request by emailing nikolasjonin@gmail.com.

Any change to this list that materially changes how your information is handled will be reflected here with an updated date.

Retention and your choices

Request-access submissions are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period after. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email nikolasjonin@gmail.com. If your information is in Elevate because an agency put it there, contact that agency directly. See "What this covers" above.

Security

We rely on our hosting, database and telephony providers' own security controls and apply reasonable administrative safeguards on top of them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new date at the top of the page.
