What this covers

This policy describes how Cosmic Capital Strategies LLC handles information collected through myelevate.tech and through the Elevate application. Agency data held inside Elevate on behalf of a customer is governed by that customer's agreement, not by this page.

What this site collects

The only information this marketing site collects is what you type into the request-access form: your name, agency, work email, phone number and the size of your team. It is used to reply to you and to set up an account if you go ahead.

• No advertising or cross-site tracking pixels are loaded on this site.
• No analytics cookies are set, so there is no consent banner to dismiss.
• Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider and emailed to us.

What the application collects

Elevate stores the records an agency puts into it: leads, call history, recordings, messages, policies and user accounts. Calls and messages are carried by our telephony provider, which retains its own records of them as a carrier is required to.

Call recording

Recording is controlled by each agency and is subject to the recording-consent law of the jurisdictions the parties are in. Agencies are responsible for obtaining consent where it is required. Do-not-call and message opt-out states are enforced by the platform on every dial and every send.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with the vendors needed to run the service — hosting, database, telephony, email delivery and payment processing — and only to the extent each one needs it.

Retention and your choices

Request-access submissions are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period after. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email nikolasjonin@gmail.com. If your information is in Elevate because an agency put it there, contact that agency — they control that record and we act on their instructions.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new date at the top of the page.
